Continuity at Polaris

The year 2024 will not be marked by major changes in the Polaris snowmobile range.

We’re talking more like a year of maintenance on Polaris. The company has decided to prioritize its efforts to ensure delivery of orders to customers within reasonable time frames. Various updates have been made to the range, always with the aim of improving the models and responding to certain comments from customers. We can also mention that the utility models are leaving the Indy family and joining the Voyageur family.

Among the new features we can mention the upgrades made to the models based on the Matryx chassis.

Therefore, we have improved the flaring of the exhaust pipe housing to reduce noise. A new oil tank cap will certainly significantly reduce the risk of leaks. The headlights have undergone anti-fog treatment. The softer rubber grommet on the 1⁄4 turn cab mounts makes it easier to use in cold weather. The caliper features a high retraction to reduce pad resistance on the rotor. The latter is new, lighter and with better cooling performance.

FURTHER CHANGES

From now on the Indy VR1 is only offered with a 137-inch track. All Trail, Hybrid and Utility models will be equipped with an electric starter as standard from 2024.

There is a new track for mountain snowmobiles, the 325 Series 9 with 3.25-inch heels instead of 3.5 inches. It is really designed to allow travel in areas where the snow seems bottomless, as mountain enthusiasts say. The main purpose of using this track is to lift the snowmobile rather than digging ditches and getting stuck. The maximum speed on this route is 80 km/h. It is offered exclusively by Snow Check in 155 and 165 lengths for RMK models, only for models equipped with Patriot 9R or Patriot Boost engines.

All RMKs come standard with wipers for 2024. They feature a single-coil design and attach directly to the rear suspension rails.

They are compatible with the use of reverse gear.

THE TITAN

The new Titan Adventure 155, equipped with a 4-stroke engine, has the capabilities of the Widetrak.

It is a versatile snowmobile equipped with a Versa Lock & Ride touring passenger seat, heated grips and footrests, luggage rack, storage box, tow bar and mirrors. Optionally you can purchase the Polaris interactive digital display screen.

You can also choose the windshield that suits your needs from the offer. Of course, as usual with Polaris, you can personalize your Titan by choosing from the range of accessories that suit your needs.

It is mounted on an Axys chassis and features an articulated rear suspension. FOX QS3 adjustable shocks, Cobra rail with 1.5″ or 1.8″ cleats and Gripper or Pro FLoat skis round out the features.

As for the engine, in the category of displacements under 100 hp we find the Prostar S4, the four-stroke engine that offers simplicity and performance, to stand out. He succeeds in this thanks to his tried and tested design.

Finally, we would like to mention that the Patriot Boost engine can be found in VR! 137 inches in 2024.
