The Swans’ 29-year-old recruit let slip the exciting news during a press conference on Monday as he discussed a move from Melbourne to Sydney for the AFL.

“We went out and thought it would be great to land in Sydney.”

The lovebirds grew up together in Adelaide and after they met, Rachael moved to Melbourne with Brodie when he was signed to Collingwood FC.
