Kim Zolciak’s estranged husband Kroy Biermann is dealing with a new problem after his own lawyer reportedly sued him over unpaid legal bills.
The 38-year-old former NFL player can add the new lawsuit to his ever-growing pile of legal troubles after he and the 45-year-old Don’t Be Tardy star faced multiple lawsuits over unpaid credit card debts.
According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, Kroy’s lawyer is now cracking down after he failed to make his payments.
The attorney claims in the filing that Kroy owes the surprisingly small amount of $801.01 for unpaid fees and services.

According to The Blast, the amount Kroy owes could continue to rise as he will be charged 1.5 percent interest each month.
The amount – just over $800 – is notable because it would be a fairly small amount for someone in the former professional athlete milieu, especially compared to what he would have earned from his soccer career and Kim from her reality TV -Deserved fame.
It is unclear whether the lawsuit will be heard in small claims court, where claims of this size can be processed, or whether it will be a regular civil case.
The fact that Kroy’s lawyer took him to court over a sum that was modest for both of them raises the question of whether this was intended to embarrass him on top of his other money problems.
The lawsuit also had interesting timing. Although it is not known when the lawsuit was filed, Kroy’s estranged wife Kim Zolciak put some of his designer shoes up for sale on her Instagram account on Friday.
The former “Real Housewives Of Atlanta” star has tried to sell many of her designer clothes and accessories, including expensive shoes and handbags, although she has claimed that she is only offering the items to declutter her life and not, to earn money .
She typically showcases the items for sale in videos posted to her Instagram Stories, and fans can then message her if they’re interested.
Kim has previously put some of Kroy’s designer shoes up for sale and promoted his shoes again last week. Among the shoes for sale were a pair of Louboutin high-top sneakers for $650 and a pair of Buscemi sneakers for $350.

Notably, the price of the shoes could cover Kroy’s legal battles, although Kim gave no indication that the shoes were sold to settle legal debts.
Last month, Kim allayed concerns that she would sell her designer clothes and accessories to pay off her huge debts.
After a fan asked on Instagram if she was trying to raise money, she claimed she just had too many things and was trying to cut back.
Nevertheless, the financial challenges for both of them have become ever greater. While they wait to see if their expensive home will be sold, a judge ordered them to pay $230,000 from a lawsuit over unpaid credit card bills, and Kroy was also ordered to give up his Rolls-Royce after he gave up the $5,000 Dollar had no longer earned monthly payments for more than a year.

Despite the shocking performances, there appeared to be surprise public reunions between Kim and Kroy, including a lunch date late last month where they appeared to have a convivial lunch at a Japanese restaurant.
However, the estranged couple’s divorce appears to be moving forward, despite them continually hinting that things have healed between the two.
