Former NFL player TJ Houshmandzadeh has gone to court to seek a restraining order against a woman who changed her last name to his to get closer to him.
TMZ learned Monday that the 46-year-old man filed a complaint against a woman named Annette Marie Houshmandzadeh in the Los Angeles area.

The 53-year-old is said to have made life difficult for him and his family since 2015. In court documents, the former Cincinnati Bengals says her original name was Annette Selkirk, but she legally changed his last name to “Houshmandzadeh” after it evolved. a bizarre and extreme obsession” with his family and with him.
The former wide receiver obtained a restraining order against the woman in 2015, but it expired in 2019.
Annette Marie Houshmandzadeh is said to have posed online as the mother of the footballer’s children and also sent harassing mail and items to his home.
