An aspect that has become a topic of eternal debate between fans of Alianza Lima and Universitario de Deportes has to do with the number of fans that each club has on Peruvian territory. Just a few days ago, the Institute of Peruvian Studies (IEP) published the results of its latest survey on the preferences of the Peruvian population towards the beautiful sport. One striking fact from the report is that 43% of respondents do not consider themselves to be a fan of a club, which means that friends and students have fewer fans than previously thought.
