The host little mouse he was convicted for not paying the doctor who treated his mother, Maria Talarico Massaon two occasions when she was hospitalized in 2019. The decision of the Court of Justice of São Paulo was published last Friday 1st and considers that Ratinho did not fulfill his obligations to the medical professionals.
In doing so, the presenter demonstrated that he had spent R$160,000 on hospital services, in addition to the over R$187,000 that had gone to the clinical staff hired by the doctor responsible for the operation. However, Judge Sang Duk Kim held that the amounts did not relate to the medical fees discussed in the lawsuit.
In 2019, Ratinho’s mother was admitted to Israelita Albert Einstein and São Luiz hospitals, both in São Paulo, twice, in November and December. According to the lawsuit, the specialist took care of Maria Talarico Massa in the two health centers at the request of Ratinho and the doctor in charge of the case.
Ratinho must pay R$21,692.40 to the doctor in addition to costs, procedural costs and legal fees. There is still an appeal in court.
