“We had no intention of releasing a statement at this time – especially not while the television program was airing – but constant speculation about our marriage unfortunately forced us to do so.”
She added: “Beyond this statement, we will not be speaking publicly about this matter and ask for privacy at this time.”
“Our only focus now is our beautiful daughter. “We will continue to co-parent with nothing but love.”

She later went into more detail about the breakup and said that after a difficult time, she finally felt “happy” again.
Chloe shared snaps of herself at the gym on Instagram and wrote about her split from James in a lengthy caption.
She cryptically captioned the post “a new chapter” and revealed why she stopped posting about health and fitness, while also addressing her mental health struggles.
Chloe admitted in a candid caption that the summer just before her split from James was the most difficult of her life.
In the post, Chloe said it felt “impossible” for her to do anything other than mother her daughter Bodhi because she had suffered “burnout” over the last year.
She wrote: “I think I’ll title this post “Slowly but surely floating out of exhaustion and defeat.”
“This post started as an explanation of why I stopped posting about health and fitness for so long, but ended up somewhere else…”
“First I should probably say that I still work out virtually seven days a week, online and at workouts, as well as hosting two health and fitness podcasts, so talking and writing about it is still the dominant factor in my day-to-day.” and work.
James shared his own statement on Instagram, adding: “It is with great sadness that I write this post, but unfortunately in the world we live in it must be done.”
He continued: “My priority is the happiness and safety of my daughter and Chloe.” For this reason, I will not be commenting further.
“And based on the above, it’s fair to say that the idea of going on social media and repeating the things I’ve been talking about all day/week? Honestly, it felt impossible. There is no other word for it. It felt impossible to me.
“It crept up on me very slowly, well over a year in hindsight, but at the end of August this year I had a pretty bad burnout.”
“Bodhi became my only priority and source of joy, but beyond her, absolutely everything felt impossible.”
“And it makes sense because within two years I moved across the country, bought, renovated and furnished my first house, got back into a very busy social life, had a baby via emergency C-section and returned to work Eight weeks later, I was filming a reality TV show and beginning to separate from my husband after, to be quite honest, the hardest summer of our lives.
Chloe spoke openly about her mental health struggles and generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) and shared how she had recently started therapy again.
She cryptically said that there have been “other factors” in her personal life over the past few months that she would talk about “another time,” but also shared that she was finally feeling “good again.”
She continued: “I had struggled with my mental health before, being diagnosed with GAD in my early twenties, so I knew there was a problem bubbling beneath the surface and quickly went back into therapy.”

“But for the first time in a long time I feel good again. I feel happy again. I feel strong again.’
“That wasn’t the intention of this post, but now that I’m re-reading it, I really hope it gives hope to someone else.” Hope you can slowly get yourself back together, even if you feel like nothing All that’s left is that you’re irrevocably broken.
