According to the Palestinian movement, the Israeli Air Force carried out “very heavy airstrikes” near Khan Younes, as well as on the road between that city and the town of Rafah, near the border with Egypt.
A French frigate shoots down two drones coming from Yemen in the Red Sea. “Intercepting and destroying these two different threats” took place 110 km from the Yemeni coast near Hodeida, an area controlled by the Houthi rebels who threaten to disrupt the conflict. They vowed on Saturday to attack any ship in the Red Sea bound for Israel if the people of Gaza do not receive emergency aid.

The Palestinian Authority president said he holds the United States “responsible for the bloodshed” in Gaza after it vetoed a U.N. resolution calling for a ceasefire between Hamas and Israel in the Palestinian territories.
