Furthermore, Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri postponed the Joint Commission meeting scheduled for tomorrow and the Bank of Lebanon announced the closure of its branches.

The head of public health, Firas Al-Abyad, also described the decision not to open daycare centers in several regions of the country as an expression of rejection of Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people and the repeated attacks on southern Lebanon.

In this sense, the Lebanese Press Publishers Union reiterated its commitment to the government decree and called on the countries of the world to raise their voices against the governments that support Israel in its brutal genocide in Gaza and the country's southern villages.
