Kenya Moore says her long-running divorce from estranged husband Marc Daly is finalized.
The 52-year-old “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star told People on Tuesday that she and Daly, 53, have finalized their divorce agreement through private mediation, more than four years after their initial split.
“After more than three years of litigation, I have finally been granted a divorce,” said the Detroit-born reality star. “I want to thank everyone who prayed for me and helped me when I needed it most.”
Moore, who shares five-year-old daughter Brooklyn with the restaurateur, added: “I'm looking forward to this next chapter in my life and being the best mother I can be to my daughter Brooklyn.”
The former Miss USA concluded by saying she is still optimistic about the future of her love life.

“As a hopeless romantic, I still believe in the existence of my forever person and know that I will eventually have my happily ever after,” she said.

“Due to current and ongoing circumstances, I can no longer continue with the marriage,” she said at the time.
At the RHOA season 14 reunion in September 2022, Moore said that she is “still not divorced” as the process has stalled.
“He’s not asking for anything at this point,” she said. “It's just at a standstill, so it's going to continue until we get a trial date or reach an agreement… I'm definitely going on a few group dates and getting pursued by people, but nothing serious yet.”
Earlier this year, she appeared on Watch What Happens Live and called their split “the longest divorce in the world.”
Moore told Andy Cohen on Jan. 4 that she and Daly “unfortunately” didn't have a prenuptial agreement in place before their June 2017 wedding at a resort in St. Lucia.
She appeared on The Tamron Hall Show in January and said the marriage failed when she realized she and Daly were not compatible.

Moore said earlier this year that the marriage fell apart when she realized she and Daly were incompatible
“It was a struggle throughout the show to work through our differences,” Moore said. “A lot of it was exposed, just that we didn't get along or didn't see eye to eye.”
“As I said, I felt like my voice was being suppressed a lot because I felt like I had to be a certain type of wife to get along with him and his personality – that's not what marriage is about.”
Moore predicted the split would soon be finalized in November while appearing at BravoCon in Las Vegas.
“I'm saying it now: I'll be single and divorced before 2024,” she said, according to Page Six. “We had a court hearing and then we were put on the trial calendar, so we're going to go to trial, and then we were taken off the trial calendar. 'I can't make this stuff up.'
