Ivan Zhdanov, the director of Alexei Navalny's Anti-Corruption Foundation, said the Russian opponent's collaborators had checked most of Moscow's detention centers but had not found him. The online newspaper Meduza reports on this. Yesterday, some media outlets picked up on an unconfirmed report from the Telegram channel Baza that Navalny had been brought to Moscow to initiate new criminal proceedings against him for “vandalism”.
“Baza's version that Alexei is in Moscow has not been confirmed. Investigations are not carried out without lawyers. All previous investigative measures took place in Vladimir,” Zhdanov wrote on are politically motivated.
