The 33-year-old Coronation Street star looked all chic as she shot her two-year-old son Charlie in a £2,000 Fendi stroller.
She upped the glamor with a black classic Chanel flap bag worth £5,000.
Channeling her inner Cruella De Vil, Helen cut an on-trend figure in a limited edition Dalmatian print Charlotte Simone coat lined with black fur, worth £425.
She paired the quirky outfit with a pink Le Bonnet Jacquemus hat worth £85, black flared trousers and a pair of New Balance trainers.

Charlie stayed warm and dry in a yellow raincoat as his mother pushed him around downtown.
Helen shares Matilda, seven, Delilah, four, and Charlie, two, with her football dad Scott Sinclair, who she split from after 13 years together.
The outing marks the first time Helen has been spotted after David Hayes' model girlfriend Sian Osborne reportedly “snubbed” Helen after she enjoyed a series of dates with the former boxer.
The former champion, 43, and his girlfriend, 31, are said to have met for the fourth time this year after getting on well with Helen.
While David and Helen have struck up a “flirty” relationship, Sian doesn't follow her on social media despite being so close to her partner.
David and Sian, who have been together since 2020, have been in relationships with a number of other people, including former The Saturdays singer Una Healy, 42.
But Una is said to have left the relationship in February this year, and David and actress Helen are said to have since reconnected after appearing on the I'm A Celebrity jungle together in 2012.

However, Helen's relationship with the former boxer was reportedly not linked to Sian in a romantic “Throuble” setting.
According to The Sun, a source said: “She has met Sian before and is aware of reports of her throuple affair but is clearly not involved.”
According to the Mirror, the pair were spotted together at a Heineken afterparty after a boxing event at the Ovo Arena at London's Wembley Stadium in May, with Sian also in attendance.
The publication claims that Helen and David were “flirty”, with Sian allegedly knowing about the couple's dates.
Helen has three children Matilda (seven), Delilah (five) and Charlie (two) with her ex Scott Sinclair.
A source close to Helen told the newspaper: “Helen got back in touch with David earlier this year.” They got on like a house on fire and have written a lot since then.
“Helen and Sian also met and hit it off straight away.” Helen is a very open-minded person and all three got on well.
“Helen has had some difficult dating experiences since being single, but she really enjoys David's company.”

Una, 42, recently opened up about her romance with David as she wanted to “put to bed” rumors about their relationship.
She revealed she had been looking for a monogamous relationship but decided to date polyamorous David because their romance was “casual and not serious”.
But soon David introduced Sian into the group and insisted the ladies get to know each other while he invited her to go on holiday with Una.
Although the trio enjoyed a first getaway together in Morocco, during a second trip to Costa Rica, Una realized she could no longer be part of the relationship.
While in Central America, she received a “sign” when she heard Brandy and Monica's “The Boy Is Mine,” a song about two love rivals fighting over a man.
Una confessed: “As soon as I got there I could hear the song. It just wasn't right.

However, according to The Sun, Sian appeared to brand Una a “liar”.
They report that Sian shared a dictionary definition of the word “deceived” – in reference to Una's bold claims.
Alongside the glowing snaps, which she dated November 2022, she wrote: “Hoodwink: verb to deceive or trick someone.”
“A liar spins a tangled web and entangles himself in a labyrinth of deception.”
Before adding: “When we accept the truth, we conform to the harmonious order of the universe.”
David had flown to Morocco with mother-of-two Una, 42, and Sian (all pictured) to celebrate New Year's Eve. But Una later described the experience as the “worst six months of my life”.
