Tom Parker's widow Kelsey secretly breaks up with her boyfriend Sean Boggans for the second time and hopes to “find love again one day.”

Tom Parker's widow Kelsey has secretly split from her boyfriend Sean Boggans for the second time.

The 33-year-old mother of two confirmed her new romance in November 2022 after her husband Tom tragically died of a brain tumor the previous March.

On Wednesday, she shared an update on Instagram, admitting that she hoped to “find love again someday” even though she was no longer with Sean.

In April, it was reported that Kelsey had broken up with her boyfriend after a “difficult” few weeks following the first anniversary of Tom's death.

Tom died on March 30, 2022, aged 33, from stage four glioblastoma brain cancer, having been given 12 months to live when diagnosed in October 2020.

In September, it appeared that Kelsey and Sean had rekindled their relationship after attending a mutual friend's wedding.

But during a question and answer session on Instagram this week, she revealed: “We're not together anymore.” It's a shame it didn't work out because he's a really great person, but it just didn't work out.

“Hopefully one day I’ll find love again.”

In November last year, it was revealed that Kelsey was dating Sean around eight months after her husband Tom died.

Sean spent time behind bars in 2013 after fatally punching 44-year-old Shaun McDermott during a heated argument over a taxi outside the Havering Oak pub in Romford, Essex.

He was waiting for his then-girlfriend to pick him up when he got into an argument with Shaun, who was thrown to the ground during the fight. CCTV footage later showed the electrician leaving the scene.

Shaun was discovered by police at around 1am lying on the pavement with a brain bleed. A post-mortem revealed he died as a result of head injuries and Boggans was sentenced to four years in prison by a judge at the Old Bailey.

He had been drinking with two of his sisters, Maureen and Kathy, at the nearby Wheatsheaf Pub before heading home.

Kelsey's representative was contacted by Web at the time for comment.

Kelsey previously admitted her new relationship with Sean “didn't go smoothly” after she was forced to defend herself against vile trolls.

Appearing on Loose Women, she said she “deserves a bit of happiness” following Tom's death, adding that it was “really hard” to navigate a new romance.

She said: “It's not easy either because it's really hard, we're trying a new relationship and I'm grieving someone and it's really, really hard for both of us, but you know what? I'm really, really happy and I deserve a little bit of happiness.'

She added: “Life is hard and you have to be resilient. I was resilient and I feel like I need happiness now.”

Kelsey hit back at trolls after going Instagram official with her boyfriend: “Tom will always be the love of my life.”

The mother of two wrote on Instagram Stories: “Anyone who thinks that my new relationship is in any way a reflection of my feelings for Tom should know after reading today's newspaper that this is not the case.”

Addressing the backlash at the panel, she said: “Here's the thing, I wanted the fairy tale with Tom.” I wanted the fairytale happy ending, but that didn't happen for me. How can I move forward with my life now?

“For me, Tom comes first, for me the children come first.” “I just feel like I need a bit of happiness right now.”

Kelsey recently revealed that her young children still talk to Tom every day.

As she attended the Action For Children Starry Night gala at London's Battersea Arts Center on Thursday night, she said: “They talk to him every day.”

“Today my daughter said something like, “I see winter. Oh daddy, do you see that?”

“She'll go into my grandma's garden and say, 'Oh daddy…'” She'll start talking to him.

“And I’m really excited about it. I say, “Talk to your father.”

She added: “The children know absolutely everything about what happened. “They understand what a brain tumor is.”

The couple have a daughter, Aurelia, four, and a son, Bodhi, three.

In October 2020, Tom was diagnosed with stage 4 glioblastoma and following his death, 33-year-old Kelsey confirmed the tragic news to everyone (pictured here with their two children).

Speaking about Christmas, Kelsey said: “We used to always go to my mum's, but I don't want to always do the same thing we did because it's not the same now.”

“This year my family is coming to see me instead.” Tom loved Christmas so much.

“We both went shopping together and decorated the tree, and he went to extremes because he loved this time of year so much.”

“And it’s made me not like Christmas anymore, even though I’m a very positive person.”

What is glioblastoma and how deadly is it?

Glioblastoma is considered the most aggressive tumor that can arise in the brain.

Figures show patients have a 10 percent chance of survival five years after diagnosis.

The average life expectancy is between 14 and 16 months.

Three adults per 100,000 will develop glioblastoma, says the American Association of Neurological Surgeons (AANS).

It occurs most commonly in men aged 50 to 60 and there is no association between the development of glioblastoma and a history of other cancers.

WHAT IS THE TUMOR?

The tumor consists of a rapidly growing cell mass in the brain, and in most cases the disease is not known in the patient's family.

It doesn't spread to other organs, but once diagnosed, it's nearly impossible to attack, surgeons claim.

What treatment is available?

Because the tumor has likely already spread deep into the brain by the time of diagnosis, removing the cancerous tissue is extremely difficult.

The surgeon will only remove the tumor or part of the tumor if it does not damage the surrounding brain tissue.

Dr. Babcar Cisse, a neurosurgeon at the Weill Cornell Brain and Spine Center, told in July 2017: “By the time a glioblastoma is diagnosed, microfibers can spread to the rest of the brain that an MRI would not detect.”

“So even if the main tumor is removed and the patient receives radiation and chemotherapy, it will come back.”

CLASSIFICATION OF A GLIOBLASTOMA

Brain tumors are graded between one and four depending on how quickly they grow and how aggressive they are.

Malignant tumors are rated at either a high grade of three or four, while benign tumors are rated at a lower grade of one or two.

SYMPTOMS

Patients typically complain of symptoms such as blurred vision, memory impairment, dizziness and headaches.

Symptoms are somewhat nonspecific, vary from person to person, and may not occur permanently.

Therefore, it is not possible to diagnose the disease based on symptoms alone.
