New year, new house! The surprise surrounding the new villa of Carlinhos Maia and Lucas Guimarães ended this Thursday (14). Influencers took to social media to showcase the work on the new property in Alphaville, São Paulo, receiving high praise.
To take advantage of the Christmas atmosphere, the residence is already full of Christmas decorations. But even inside, the minimalist decoration, the very high ceilings and the huge door caught the attention of followers. In the caption of the publication introducing the property, Carlinhos celebrated the move to the capital São Paulo.
