SOUTH FLORIDA – Jorgina Lulú Guillermo Díaz, the birth name of rapper and singer Yailín La Más Viral, was arrested and charged with several counts over an afternoon incident, including one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon Thursday in a Palm area Beach.
According to the arrest report, Jorgena Guillermo Díaz faces charges of aggravated assault as well as other charges of criminal damage and obstruction of justice.
According to the report, police officers responded to reports of a domestic incident and when they arrived at the scene, they encountered the alleged victim, who was her boyfriend.
The man, whose name is not mentioned in the report but who, according to images shared on social networks, is the rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine, is said to have had verbal arguments with his partner during the day because Díaz suggested that he was seeing another woman, the arrest report says.
At some point during the argument, the man attempted to leave the apartment they were in, but that's when she began hitting him, the report said.
The alleged victim tried to get away from Díaz, but she followed him and continued to attack him, the report said.
At one point she grabbed him by his hair and later, when he distanced himself, she approached the alleged victim's vehicle, a Bentley, and kicked its rearview mirror.
He tried to walk away, entered the residence's garage and tried to close the door, but she dodged him and grabbed a piece of 2×4 lumber that she would have hit him with, the arrest report said.

At that point, Tekashi allegedly called 911 and she slapped his hands, causing his phone to fall to the ground. Friends at the scene also called 911, the report said.
Both the 2×4 garage incident and the phone attack were also seen on social media videos.
At some point, the woman got into the Bentley and broke the gear shift, then grabbed an object and threw it against the windshield, causing it to break, the report said.
According to the report, the victim then hugged Diaz to stop her while the woman pulled her hair.

Diaz told officers that the rapper wanted to go to a recording studio but she didn't want to leave, but she couldn't leave because he had her money, her passport and her phone, the report said.
She said she became upset and “decided to kick the driver's side mirror and punch the windshield to cause him financial difficulties because he wouldn't give her money or his passport,” the report said .
Jorgena Guillermo Díaz was arrested and imprisoned. He was granted bail of $9,000 at a court hearing Friday.
Díaz was previously married to Puerto Rican rapper Anuel AA.
Tekashi 6ix9ine, 27, has had a busy year in South Florida. In March, he was hospitalized after a group of men brutally beat him at an LA gym in Lake Worth. The video of the attack went viral on social media. He was arrested in Palm Beach County in August.
