Matthew Perry's cause of death has been revealed. Nearly two months after the Friends actor was found dead in his home, ET has obtained Perry's autopsy report.

The report lists the acute effects of ketamine as the cause of Perry's death. According to the report, Perry was reportedly receiving ketamine infusion therapy for depression and anxiety. His last known treatment occurred more than a week before his death, but the ketamine in his body could not have come from that treatment because the drug's half-life is less than four hours, according to the report.

The report states that drowning, coronary artery disease and the effects of buprenorphine, a drug prescribed for the medical treatment of people with opioid addiction, contributed to Perry's cause of death.

Perry's manner of death is ruled accidental, as it was drug-related and drowning-related. According to the report, there is no suspicion of foul play.

While there were prescription medications and loose pills in Perry's home, none were found near the pool where he died, according to the report.

The release of the autopsy report comes a month after ET obtained Perry's death certificate.

According to Perry's death certificate, the actor, who was found in his hot tub, died on October 28 at 4:17 p.m. Perry's stepfather, Keith Morrison, was listed as an informant on the deed, meaning the Dateline host was the one who identified Perry to authorities.

The certificate also states that Perry was buried on November 3rd at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Los Angeles.

ET previously reported that Perry's Friends co-stars – Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc and David Schwimmer – attended his funeral along with other family members.
