After the success of the Nothing Phone (2), the company is preparing for a new adventure with the Nothing Phone 2a, a cheaper device that aims to offer an exceptional design to as many people as possible.
Rumors about the Nothing Phone 2a have been circulating in recent weeks, supported by government listings confirming the existence of a new device with the Model number A142. LThe first leaks hinted at important details such as:a 6.7-inch screen and a centered selfie camera.
Now a video of the device has just revealed what this new smartphone with a rather atypical design will look like. It won't take on the look of the company's first two smartphones.

The Nothing Phone 2a promises a unique design
As we can see in the video shared by Dylan Roussel on X, the smartphone will be equipped with it 2 photo sensors on the back, like the company's other devices, but this time these are placed in the middle rather than in a corner.
The cameras are surrounded by 3 LEDs, which will form the glyph system of the device. As a reminder, it is this element that differentiates Nothing's smartphones from the competition. The LED positioned at the top can dynamically display various information, including the volume of your smartphone.
The code name “Pacman” is associated with this representationfollowing Nothing's tradition of naming its phones after classic video games. The Nothing Phone (1) was codenamed “Spacewar” and the Phone (2) was nicknamed “Pong”. We also learn that the company intends to use it a MediaTek Dimensity 7200 processor.
The Nothing Phone 2a is expected to be unveiled on February 27 at the upcoming Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona. Nothing has already sent out an invitation to an event on the same day with the note “Nothing to see”, suggesting that fans can expect a presentation of the smartphone on that day.
It now remains to be seen at what price the device will be sold. Given the utility processor, we assume that the price of the device in France will be less than 400 euros, but we will have to wait for the official presentation to be certain.
