Canadian Michael Nixon, 54, reportedly suffered three stab wounds to the stomach and chest while trying to help his 47-year-old wife, who was stabbed in the stomach after she opened the door for the suspect.
Her neighbor, Kachornsak Panyadee, turned himself in to authorities and confessed to the murders, according to Thai media.
