Asilo prepared a big party with dancing, cake and of course a stripper. The visit to the church took place last week, the only thing missing was the party that took place on Friday afternoon (15) Monica's birthday. “She wanted a stripper for her naughty side and a trip to church to celebrate the joy of life,” West Lodge worker Gillian Hannah told The Northern Echo.
Stripper is the husband of a nursing home worker. According to The Northern Echo, Adam Price volunteered for the presentation. “Apparently she likes a man in a uniform,” he joked. “I’m glad I made her day special.”
The older woman had an “extraordinary” life and even worked War. According to Gillian Hannah, Monica ran a canteen during World War II (19391945) and helped nuns in a convent for 25 years. She never married or had children, but “devoted her life to caring for others,” the employee added.
Monica is a living witness to history, having seen four kings and one queen on the throne. Her incredible journey was fueled by a spirit of resilience and a unique philosophy of life: live it to the fullest, surrounded by the love and support of family and friends. She firmly believes that laughter is a must in life.
