This survey, carried out between November 15 and 24 – coinciding with the inauguration of Pedro Sánchez – among 825 residents interviewed by telephone, has given good results for the administration of the first months of the socialist mayor: six out of ten respondents agree Municipality of Collboni, the highest value since June 2020. There is also a significant decrease in Barcelona residents who consider cleanliness to be one of the main problems of the city, and in addition the PSC would win the elections (it came second in May). , which moved Junts to fourth place.

Local elections will not take place until May 2027, but if the elections were held today – and the barometer interviews were adjusted to reflect the behavior of the rest of the voters – the PSC would win, receiving 13.5% of the vote. In second place, in terms of voting intention, would be Ada Colau's Commons with 11.5% of the vote and ERC in third place with 8.2%. The winner of last May's elections, Trias per Barcelona-Junts, would fall to fourth place with 7.5% of voting intentions (last May he received 13.5% of the vote), the PP would rise to 2.5% are in fifth place and Vox is in sixth place with 0.8%.

Just a year ago, a few months before the local elections, 24.8% of those surveyed in the barometer were of the opinion that the biggest problem in the city was insecurity, followed by cleanliness (15.8%) and access to housing (7, 6%). One of the first measures Collboni launched was the Endreça Plan, a shock plan that uses safety but (above all) cleanliness as a recipe for Barcelona's residents to regain pride in the city. Even after the implementation of the Endreça plan, insecurity remains the most serious problem for 27.7% of those surveyed in this barometer. The difference is that the number of Barcelona residents who consider cleanliness a problem has decreased. In fact, access to housing is now the top issue for 11.7% of respondents and cleanliness falls to third place for 9.7% of respondents. Specific issues related to Pla Endreça were included in the December Barometer. 38.6% of respondents are aware of the plan and 89.1% consider rude behavior to be a significant problem in the city. 93% of respondents support strengthening cleaning services and 86% agree with tightening sanctions against rude people. 84% support increasing the number of officers and the presence of the city police.
