A Netflix announced today (20) another new feature for the third and final season of the series Back to 15. Juliana Paiva (Salvese Quem Puder, O Tempo Não Para) will play the older version of Filipa, a character also played by her Larissa Manoela (Carousel, Beyond Illusion). See the ad below.
In the final season of the comedy, we go back to 2009, not 2006. Anita (Maisa) will study fine arts and face the difficulties of life in a republic, the madness of beer drinking, and the conflicting passions of adulthood. All while trying to figure out who else is traveling through time with her, preventing her from putting an end to Floguinho once and for all to regain control of her life.
“The universe of Anita and her friends has produced a phenomenal and impactful series that is both funny and dramatic, representative and sincere. Our subscribers have fallen in love with the nostalgia that the story exudes and we want to continue to accompany them on their journey, now in a new phase in the lives of these young people,” said Elisabetta Zenatti, vice president of content at Netflix Brazil , in an official statement.
With a script directed by Victor Brant (As Five), Back to 15 is adapted from the book of the same name written by Bruna Vieira.
Both seasons of the series are available on Netflix.
