This overcrowding was confirmed by the visit of the control judges to the prohibited room of the airport, during which it was found, among other things, that many of the people admitted to these rooms sleep on mattresses installed on the premises, without any intervention in conditions related to health, hygiene and privacy, allowing them to protect their fundamental rights in the circumstances in which they find themselves, in some cases when dealing with families and minors.
