Kiev and Moscow report defense against air attacks news

In the Russian war of aggression against Ukraine, both sides reported today that they were repelling enemy airstrikes. The Ukrainian military said it shot down three Russian fighter-bombers and 24 of 28 Russian drones.

Two injured in Kyiv

Iranian-made drones were destroyed in southern, western and central Ukraine overnight. There were two injured in the capital Kiev. Mayor Vitaly Klitschko had previously announced that a high-rise building had caught fire as a result of a drone strike.

Netherlands promises Ukraine 18 fighter jets

Meanwhile, the Netherlands announced that it would deliver 18 F-16 fighters to Ukraine. The Netherlands had already agreed to make the machines available for training Ukrainian pilots in Romania. It has now been officially decided to also deliver the F-16 to Ukraine.
