To help us get in shape for spring/summer, The Oleon House co-owners Carlos León and Menna Olvera shared a few pro tips.
“The first step to remember is that the abs start in the kitchen,” Carlos said.
Celebrity trainer and father Lourdes Leon continued: “Stay away from sugar, sodium and processed foods.”
“For exercise: do 3 sets of 10-12 dynamic tapping planks and 3 sets of 10-12 push-ups every day until you reach your goal.”
Health coach and integrated yoga teacher Menna Olvera adds, “Stay away from red wine and brown alcohol and I suggest you do a downward dog to reach and hold for 30 seconds and repeat 4 times.”
