An Italian brioche has been a staple on French tables at Christmas for several years now: panettone. It comes from Milan and can be found everywhere in the best grocery stores as well as on supermarket shelves.

It's making a comeback for the Christmas holidays: panettone, a specialty that comes straight from the other side of the Alps and is attracting more and more French people. Brioche originated several centuries ago and the traditional recipe has not changed since then. “It’s natural sourdough, butter and eggs,” explains a specialist. Don't forget the numerous dried fruits that give this dessert all the flavor. Italian brioche is also popular with French chefs.

It can be stored for a month

Panettone is successful in stores and delights the taste buds of buyers. If you try it, you will succumb to the pleasure of this brioche. Panettone also has the peculiarity of keeping for a month, but generally a few minutes are enough to overcome this chubby Italian.
