The Detroit Lions were expected to win the NFC North but have not yet won the division. The Minnesota Vikings are the only team standing in Detroit's way, and that threat could end on Sunday.
The Lions and Vikings are in a head-to-head duel that could decide the division. If the Lions win or tie against the Vikings, Detroit will be the NFC North champions.
But don't count out the Vikings just yet. Despite losing quarterback Kirk Cousins, Minnesota has still managed to stay in contention. Joshua Dobbs and Nick Mullens brought the team to 7-7. Even if the Vikings don't win the NFC North, they could make the playoffs, but only if Dobbs or Mullens gives them a solid performance down the stretch.
