The holiday outing comes after the couple were spotted across the pond leaving the Chanel party at the Salford Lads club in Manchester earlier this month.

The Twilight star and the screenwriter first met on a film shoot in 2013 and years later the pair crossed paths again thanks to a mutual friend, leading to a quick and passionate romance.

“I met her in a movie years ago and hadn't seen her in six years, and then she showed up at a friend's birthday party and I said, 'Where were you and how did I not know you?' '” she added.
