Donald Trump dined with fans at Mar-a-Lago after wishing America “and the world” a Merry Christmas in a Truth Social video.

A short clip shared on social media shows the former president eating at a table with a small group of people in a chic dining room at his Palm Beach resort.

Wearing a formal red tie with the suit, Trump is seen using a laptop before delving into a bowl of food for a few seconds as singers sing “Hallelujah” in the background.

Trump's table is separated from the others like a museum exhibit by supports and red ropes, and another guest can be seen taking photos of the former president with his cell phone.

This comes after the 77-year-old offered holiday wishes to the American people on Christmas Eve and prayed for their health and safety – and an election victory.

“At this sacred time of year, Christians everywhere give thanks that God sent his only Son into the world over 2,000 years ago to be the Savior of all humanity.” “The birth of Jesus Christ is the true miracle that we each “Celebrate Christmas every year,” Trump continued.

He is the ultimate source of our joy, our hope and our sense of peace and goodwill as we gather with family and loved ones. It's such a great time of year. That's why we can never stop saying the beautiful phrase “Merry Christmas,” he said.

“Donald Trump thrives on negativity, he thrives on legal systems trying to hold him accountable, and I believe his poll numbers will rise,” pollster and political consultant Frank Luntz told CNN

Earlier this week, pollsters and political strategists claimed Trump was more likely to win in 2024 after Colorado decided to keep the ex-president out of the primary.

Pollsters and experts predict that Colorado's bombshell decision to remove Donald Trump from the state's primary will be “rocket fuel” for his chances of winning the White House in a rematch against Joe Biden in 2024.

The former president's son, Eric Trump, also claimed that the Colorado Supreme Court's decision will increase his father's top status in the Republican primary race by at least 5 percent.

It came after a ruling by the state's highest court Tuesday night that Trump violated Section 3 of the 14th Amendment – the Constitution's so-called “Insurrection Clause.”

The 4-3 decision by the Democratic-appointed justices held that Trump participated in an insurrection on January 6, 2021 and therefore disqualified himself from running for public office.

It is the first time in history that the Insurrection Clause has been used to prevent a presidential candidate from appearing on a state's presidential ballot.

But Trump's campaign plans to take the matter to the U.S. Supreme Court, where the split is between six conservative justices and three liberal justices. Three of the sitting justices were appointed by Trump.

Renowned pollster and political consultant Frank Luntz said in an interview Tuesday that the Colorado verdict “will have the same impact as his 91 indictments,” which sent Trump's poll numbers soaring.

“Trump is now even more likely to beat Biden,” he predicted in the interview.

Trump is facing charges in New York, Washington, DC, Florida and Georgia for election interference, misuse of secret documents and hush money payments.

With each new indictment, Trump increased his already commanding lead in the polls in the primary.

“Every time Trump did it.” [h]“And negative intervention in the legal system was like rocket fuel for Republican voters because it reinforced his core message that he is (and has been) treated unfairly since the moment he came on the scene,” Republican strategist Scott said Jennings in a statement to .

“Republicans see this the same way they saw two impeachments, the indictments, the Russia investigation and everything else – just another attempt by the elites and Democrats to stop Trump and his voters from having a fair election “To get a chance,” he added, echoing Luntz’s sentiments about the recent ruling.

“For Trump haters, this is like getting drunk at the office Christmas party,” Jennings said. “Tonight it may seem fun, but tomorrow you’ll really, really regret it.”

Trump lost Colorado to Joe Biden by 13 points in 2020 and does not need the state to win back the White House in 2024.

Last month, Trump unveiled his infamous mugshot on Christmas-themed wrapping paper as a solicitation for campaign donations.

Trump, who is known for hosting campaign rallies with flashy Christmas decorations and who claimed in 2016 to have brought back the phrase “Merry Christmas,” made an email appeal to his supporters on Saturday.

“If you are anything like President Trump, then all YOU want for Christmas is… MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!” began the appeal of “Team Trump.”

“That’s why the President has directed our team to send FREE rolls of our limited edition wrapping paper to EVERY Patriot who donates $47 or more to save our country from corrupt Joe Biden and the Radical Democrats.”

A link takes supporters to a fundraising page with an image of a large wrapped box with a green bow on top.

The gift is wrapped in paper with a black-and-white image of Trump after he was arraigned at a Fulton County courthouse on charges related to his attempt to overturn the 2020 election results.

The photo was altered to show Trump wearing a Santa hat.

The page states that the “NEVER SURRENDER MUGSHOT PACKING PAPER” is a “FREE” gift to those who donate. Visitors are then asked to click on tabs ranging from $47 to $3,300, the maximum allowable individual federal campaign contribution.

It's a “limited” offer tied to the holidays, which come just weeks before the Iowa caucuses and give Ron DeSantis the best chance of beating his poll-leading rival.

Supporters can also pay $35 for “MAGA Fist Bump Wrapping Paper” on Trump's merchandise page, where he previously marketed his mugshot on a coffee mug.

For those who can't wait until Christmas morning for their Trump surprise, there's also a Never Surrender Christmas Stocking on offer.

While Trump is exploiting his mugshot to bolster his campaign coffers, his legal quagmire has also cost him tens of millions of dollars in legal fees.
