Shannon Ford is a married woman and has been for a few months.
The former Very Cavallari star, 30, secretly tied the knot with her now-husband James Middleton in her home state of Tennessee over the summer.
TMZ found a marriage certificate for the “Probably a Podcast” host and the British exercise, nutrition and mindset coach dated July 25, about two months before the couple announced their engagement.
A video shared on Shannon's social media shows James popping the question and gifting the reality star with an exquisite multi-carat emerald-cut diamond.
“I've loved you for two summers now darling, I want them all ❤️,” she wrote on Instagram on September 21, introducing the diamond and the couple's future plans for a happy life.

Not much is known about the couple's relationship.
Shannon dated musician John Gurney for four years until they went their separate ways in April 2020.

James posted a picture of them in front of the house and wrote: “Super, super proud of this picture for everything she did to buy our first house!”
“A brand new chapter that I'm excited to be a part of.” I can't wait to put so much love, hard work and effort into this home of our dreams.
According to Shannon's social media posts, the two are planning a ceremony sometime in Italy.
She even spent time shopping for clothes in Paris to celebrate her friend Bridget and her collaboration with Revolve.

In a photo posted to James' Instagram, Shannon wore a green sweater outfit and her red hair was tied up in a bun. As she posed with her husband, a thin gold band was visible just below her engagement ring.
“Lots of reason to be thankful for this holiday season,” he wrote slyly, adding, “none more so than these pigs in blankets,” referring to a heartbreaking dish of bacon-wrapped sausages.
“Merry Christmas everyone ❤️,” he posted, adopting the southern plural before signing off as “Coach James.”
