NFL: An exciting end to the game for the Eagles

The Philadelphia Eagles played with fire in their 33-25 victory over the New York Giants on Monday at Lincoln Financial Field.

While the Eagles had a clear lead of 20:3 at halftime, the Eagles (11:4) subsequently shot themselves in the foot several times.

Jalen Hurts, who scored his team's first touchdown early in the game, was the victim of an interception with three seconds left in the third quarter. Adoree' Jackson was the one who grabbed the ball before running 76 yards to reach his opponents' end zone. This reduced the score to 20:18.

The Giants' (5-10) awakening also came when quarterback Tommy DeVito was replaced by Tyrod Taylor moments into the second half. First City had a complicated afternoon, completing nine passes on 16 attempts for a gain of 55 yards.

However, it was completely different for Taylor, who especially served Darius Slayton 69 yards for a touchdown, which meant his team was only five points (30 to 25) behind Philadelphia in the fourth quarter.

Jake Elliott, the Eagles' kicker, took charge during the game and scored 12 points with his kicks. He also finally ended his rivals' hopes of a comeback by sending the ball between the uprights thanks to a 43-yard field goal with 1 minute and 10 seconds left in the game.

DeVonta Smith and D'Andre Swift were the other Eagles players who each stood out with a major. In addition to Jackson and Slayton, Saquon Barkley also provided the New York team's response.
