Lady Gaga appeared again as Harley Quinn in the film adaptation of Joker: Folie à Deux, the second film starring the antihero played by Joaquin Phoenix. The image was shared by the film's director Todd Phillips.

Joaquin Phoenix reprises the role that won him the Oscar for Best Actor in 2020. In addition to the two, names like Catherine Keener, Brendan Gleeson and Zazie Beetz are part of the cast.
