The first official version of the incident suggested that the rapper murdered his producer and friend Carlos Molnar and committed suicide a few minutes later by jumping from the tenth floor of the Camino Real building in the Andrés Bello district of Maracay. in Aragua, Venezuela, in the early morning of January 20, 2015.
Following the reopening of the folder and the new investigation, on December 26, the video of the confession of Natalia Améstica, the rapper's manager and wife of Carlos Molnar, was published.

Natalia reports that later, when her brother arrived, he stabbed his brother-in-law four more times and the police gave him a few more stab wounds. So the woman asked the neighbors and the police for help to pretend that everything happened at that moment.
Six other people are arrested over Canserbero's death
Tarek William Saab, Venezuela's attorney general, reported on December 26 that the rapper's death involved six other people who had already been arrested, as well as a “red alert” for the two former prosecutors active at the time. Tulio Enrique Mendoza, former 30th National Prosecutor with full competence and Yoli Abelina Torres, former fourth prosecutor of the state of Aragua.
Saab explained that the Chilean brothers are accused of “committing qualified homicide for vain reasons and of treason up to complicity.”
