The beaming couple were pictured in matching cardigans at Heathrow Airport with luggage in hand – it's not clear where they were flying.
Ant wore a dark ensemble with a gray cardigan layered over it.
The mother of two teenage daughters wore a cream cardigan over the black dress and had her blonde locks cut into a shorter bob.
It is the first time they have been seen together in public for some time as Ant, 47, has been busy filming I'm A Celebrity in Australia while Anne-Marie, 45, has stayed at home.

The couple was last photographed walking a dog together in November.
Ant and Anne tied the knot in 2021 and became stepfathers to their two daughters Daisy and Poppy, 13.
He separated from his ex-wife Lisa Armstrong in 2018 after 12 years of marriage, and she recently split from her partner James Green.
Lisa and Ant finalized their £62million divorce in April.
The make-up artist, 46, split from her youngest partner James, 40, in August after he unexpectedly ended their romance and moved out of their £4.5million London home while she worked in Manchester.
Insiders close to the former couple have told Web their relationship has become toxic over money, with Lisa claiming she lent him cash during their time together, but he is resisting all approaches.
Lisa and James dated for three years and the electrician relationship was her most serious relationship since her high-profile divorce from husband Ant McPartlin, in which she reportedly received a £31million payout.

James was working for a company installing electric doors when they met after he recently moved out of the £450,000 family home he shared with his ex-wife Kirsty in Winchester, Hampshire.
But James shocked Lisa by breaking up with her completely unannounced and taking his things from her house while she was away.
A source told Web at the time: “I don't really know what went wrong.” The pair were only together on a fancy holiday in the Caribbean or somewhere else about eight weeks ago.
“One day he was with her and the next day he just wasn't with her.” “There was no idea anything was wrong.”
Despite the surprising split, friends said that the two initially got along amicably, but that is no longer the case, mainly due to Lisa's demands for a refund.

Lisa and Ant's marriage officially ended in October 2018 when she was granted a Decree Nisi after he admitted adultery.
But the couple continued to finalize their financial settlement but reportedly disagreed over custody arrangements for Labrador Hurley.
