The exercise trainer has opened more than 500 gyms worldwide, launched a patented training method and developed a complete range of exercise equipment and equipment, thereby gaining a large following of loyal customers.

According to Sebastien, it comes down to a few simple steps: eating healthy, limiting portion sizes and consuming in moderation, and combining a nutrient-dense diet with an exercise program that suits you.
His other advice includes switching from fast food and take-out meals to home-cooked meals, paying attention to the ingredients in processed foods, and avoiding foods with additives and preservatives.
For those just starting their fitness journey, he recommended starting slower and finding a physical activity you enjoy, rather than going from zero to 100 and forcing yourself to go to the gym every day – because if Training feels like a tedious task that you will never be able to do in the long term.

“I wish I could share what makes Jennifer Aniston look so damn hot, but the reality is that Jen looks so damn hot because she is very disciplined and takes care of her body and is proud of it,” he shared. “For her, it’s a vehicle, it’s a part of her, it’s a part of who she is.”
“I constantly complain about needing to lose weight, but I still stuff my face with delicious croissants.”
“I can't deny that I love sweets.” But a celebrity would say, “Okay, I love this, but I'm not going to eat it because for me it's more important to look a certain way.” For me it's important, but it's not that important.
“It's just a mindset, and I think that's the common denominator that I've found with all the very successful people that I've coached, whether they're movie stars, whether they're athletes, whether they're CEOs of top companies “You know, it's the mindset that really shapes it.”

For people just starting out, the gym expert warned against doing too much at once and encouraged them to start small and work their way up.
He suggested finding a physical activity that they enjoy naturally so that it doesn't feel like a chore.
“A lot of people think they have to exercise for an hour every day. I understand because that's how I train. But in the beginning you don’t have to do that,” he explained.
“In the beginning, you need to find some activities that you enjoy.” If you just like running, that's fine.

And if you know you're the type of person who “doesn't stick to something,” Sebastien suggests “inviting a friend” to hold you accountable.
“Find someone who wants to train with you.” “The buddy system works perfectly,” he continued.
“That's why for me it's the machines I make and the systems I develop [centered around] Group fitness because I believe in the value of group training.
“You build friendships, you create a community, and it becomes a lot easier for people to stick to a workout.” [when they’re doing it with someone else].'

He recommended squats, lunges, planks, side planks and push-ups.
'[Focus on] compound movements. Squats are fantastic exercises. And lunges are great,” he said.
“In fact, you can do a lot of exercise at home. You can get a great workout just by doing planks, push-ups and side planks.”
“Planks are [key]If you only have a minute and have to choose an exercise, choose plank.

“Every morning when you wake up, you do a minute of plank training.” It's wonderful. It's a great way to prepare your body for what's to come [that day]. The plank is always one of my favorite core exercises.
“I would do squats and lunges for the lower body. And you could actually do just a minute of them and just keep alternating them and you'll get great results.”
He also recommended a “bridge exercise” to strengthen the back muscles.
“It also strengthens your pelvic area and glutes.” Don't be afraid to exercise the glutes. “Glutes are very important to the overall function of the body,” he added.
“When doing the bridge, you basically lie on your back, on your shoulders, with your hips up. You form a bridge with your shoulders, hips and knees.”
Finally, the trainer suggested that as you get stronger, you should start introducing “core rotations.”
“Corso rotation is great because it works both the obliques and the entire spinal muscles, which I think is important too,” he told . “It also helps with coordination and range of motion.”
