The actor was allegedly falsely accused of adultery by his former personal assistant Miesha Shakes. According to information about a lawsuit obtained by Page Six on Dec. 27, “false and defamatory statements” were made against YouTuber Tasha K, whose real name is LaTasha Kebe, specifically alleging that the “Probation” star had his Wife cheated several times.

The 44-year-old comedian claims that after the interview, an alleged associate of LaTasha Kebe called his team and threatened to “publish the interview unless Hart pays a $250,000 ransom.” Kevin Hart responded with a complaint. He is suing Miesha Shakes and LaTasha Kebe and his company Kebe Studios LLC in Los Angeles Superior Court for defamation, civil extortion, breach of contract and invasion of privacy.

The YouTuber posted the interview on her paid subscription site on December 22nd. She also posted a sneak peek of the interview on Instagram this week with an edited caption that read, “We never accused him of impregnating another woman… it was simply infidelity!”

Kevin Hart and his ex-wife Torrei Hara are the parents of Heaven, 18, and Hendrix, 16. After divorcing Torrei in 2011, Kevin Hart married Eniko and they have a son, Kenzo, 6, and a daughter, Kaori (3). This isn't the first time Kevin Hart's alleged infidelity has come to light. The Jumanji actor was forced to publicly apologize in 2017 after having extramarital affairs while Eniko was eight months pregnant with their first child. In his Netflix documentary series Don't F**k It Up, Kevin Hart addressed the question of rebuilding his marriage to Eniko after the scandal surrounding his adulterous behavior, which he described as “the darkest moment of my life.”

This isn't the first time LaTasha Kebe has been in court for comments she made on her show. The YouTuber was ordered to pay Cardi B nearly $4 million for defamation last October.
