Looks like Taylor Sheridan and Kevin Costner aren't the only ones with a bit of Yellowstone drama brewing, are they? Pierce Brosnan may never have been part of the Dutton family, but he is still at odds with Yellowstone, the park. Cowboy State Daily reported Wednesday that the 70-year-old James Bond actor received two citations for allegedly walking in restricted areas of Yellowstone National Park. People later received a copy of a criminal record filed Dec. 26 in U.S. District Court in Wyoming. According to the court document, Brosnan was charged with hiking in “all thermal areas and Yellowstone Canyon restricted to trails” on Nov. 1, “violating closures and use restrictions.” Hot water and fragile soil can make certain areas in Yellowstone dangerous or even deadly, so rules about where visitors can go are fairly strict – trespassers have previously faced jail time, fines and parking bans, according to the Associated Press. Representatives for Brosnan did not immediately respond to Vulture's request for comment. He was ordered to appear in court on Jan. 23 at the Yellowstone Justice Center. We have to wait and see if he finds a way out of this difficult situation.
