There are eight starters to choose from, with the most indulgent creations being Wagyu steak tartare with quail egg and hot foie gras served with a poached quince brulée.

For the main course, there are six options to suit all tastes, with the Nova Scotia lobster tail and a filet mignon Wellington prepared with foie gras and a pinot noir sauce being two of the standouts.

For dessert, guests are presented with three treats, including a wild blueberry and almond tart, a mini chocolate version of the Brooklyn Bridge and a coffee popsicle.
