The war in Gaza has claimed 21,507 lives, according to a new report

The Palestinian Hamas Ministry of Health said on Friday that Israeli military operations in the Gaza Strip had claimed 21,507 lives since the war began on October 7.

That figure includes 187 people killed in the past 24 hours, said the ministry, which also reported 55,915 injured since October 7.
