Country musician Zac Brown and Kelly Yazdi have announced they are divorcing after just four months of marriage.
“We are in the divorce process,” the couple confirmed in a joint statement to TMZ. “Our mutual respect for each other remains. We wish each other the best and will always cherish our time together.”
They concluded: “As we address this personal matter, we simply ask for privacy at this time.”

A representative for Brown did not immediately respond to EW's request for comment.
The “Chicken Fried” singer, 45, and the model, 32, quietly married in Georgia on August 31, TMZ reported last month. The ceremony came less than a year after multiple sources confirmed to PEOPLE that the couple got engaged in December 2022.
However, TMZ noted that fans began speculating about the status of Brown and Yazdi's relationship after she deleted her Instagram account, only to create a new account that did not include Brown's last name. The couple also currently doesn't follow each other on the platform.
Before tying the knot with Yazdi, the Zac Brown Band singer was previously married to jewelry designer Shelly Brown. The couple, who have five children together, announced their separation in October 2018 after twelve years of marriage.
