In the United States, economic aid continues to be sent to certain states. This takes the form of one-time tax refunds to residents, some amounting to more than $1,000.00.
For example, in Alabama, tax refund checks were sent to residents of that state starting December 1st.
In this sense, the refund amount is up to $300.00 for taxpayers with a joint tax return and $150.00 for single taxpayers.

Finally, Washington residents have until December 31 to apply for the Working Families Tax Credit (WFTC). This discount offers payouts between $50.00 and $1200.00.
