Kevin Dunn is reportedly leaving WWE – VoxCatch

It's a new era for WWE and it should happen without Kevin Dunn.

The site PWInsider reported Saturday that the executive producer and head of worldwide sales for WWE shows was leaving his position and had himself requested his resignation after more than 30 years with the Stamford company.

According to the news site, Dunn's decision to leave is currently not seen as a big surprise as everyone knows that Dunn wouldn't work for anyone except Vince McMahon, who in turn has not run the WWE since the start of TKO, while “Triple H” Paul Levesque has since taken over booking duties.

However, his departure could be seen as a shakeup in the production of WWE events and shows, as Kevin Dunn's imprint is present in all shows produced by the Stamford company.

His duties as executive producer included overseeing the production budget and crew members, among many other important behind-the-scenes duties.

Nothing seems to have been decided yet regarding his replacement. It's possible that Mike Mansury, who left WWE a few years ago and currently holds the same role at AEW, could return to Stamford to replace him, but the website PWInsider also raises the possibility of taking over the role from Kevin Dunn can be filled by several people.
