After receiving a beating for betraying Antônio (Tony Ramos), Ramiro (Amaury Lorenzo) wakes up and has already been admitted to a hospital in Terra e Paixão. Completely broken, he refuses to say where Aline (Barbara Reis) is when Caio (Cauã Reymond) begs for the first time. But later he gathers his courage and reveals where the pregnant woman and the nun were until he tried to escape with them.
“I know that it was this love that changed you, that made you have this attitude to free Aline… That's why I beg you… For this love that was born in you, I ask… It says where is my Aline, Ramiro. Don’t let me live without the love of my life!”, the young man will say.
The man will burst into tears of pain and say that Aline is the woman of his life and still has his children in her womb. Excited, Ramiro decides to open the game: “I… I don't know if the boss has changed the place of imprisonment… But if they are still in the same place, they are in a hut farm in the west, on the farm Orquídea do Cerrado,” the Jagunço will say.
Marino (Leandro Lima) will gather his team and head to the location, but Antônio will order them to be removed from there shortly before their arrival. However, Aline will leave behind the Tucum ring that she received from the shaman. Caio will see the object and say they were there.
He and the police will search the area and reach the henchmen who will hold the hostages in the car. There is an exchange of fire, a man is shot, but Aline and Teresinha (Laura Prado) are rescued unharmed.
Terra e Paixão was written by Walcyr Carrasco and Thelma Guedes. The story takes place in the fictional town of Nova Primavera in Mato Grosso do Sul. The storyline will remain on air until January 19th and will be replaced by the remake of Renascer (1993).
