Chris Brown is indicting an alleged accuser in his $20 million rape lawsuit to clear his name after the mysterious woman’s lawyers dropped her due to new information that came to light.
Attorneys for Ariel Mitchell and George Vrabek, who previously represented the alleged victim, told Page Six on Wednesday that they “remain 100% committed to protecting victims of sexual assault or assault.”
However, the lawyers said the Miami Beach Police Department provided them with “information last Thursday” about their client that “does not allow us to represent Jane Doe in the Chris Brown case.”
“We appreciate and are grateful to the Miami Beach Police Department for the good work,” the lawyers added.
Meanwhile, Brown posted a series of text and voice messages to his Instagram stories on Tuesday that he claims prove the woman continued to have a relationship with him despite the alleged sexual assault incident.
In a lawsuit filed January 27 in Los Angeles, Jane Doe alleged that Brown, 32, drugged and raped her during a party in Miami in December 2020.
She claimed that after the “Look At Me Now” singer gave her a drink, she allegedly felt “disoriented, physically unstable and began to fall asleep and sleep,” after which, according to her, Brown took her to the bedroom, took her off her bikini. from below and began to have sex with her – despite the fact that she “muttered” that he should stop.
Brown at the time immediately took to social media to seemingly turn to social media with a message that said, “Whenever I release music or projects, ‘THEY’ try to swindle some real bullshit.” He also added a cap emoji, slang for “lie.”
The text Brown shared with his alleged accuser, dated August 26, 2021, said: “You knew perfectly well that I didn’t push for a damn thing. You told me to stay and then you try to play me? No, that’s crazy, I didn’t deserve it, but you definitely got it.”
He also shared a voicemail message in which a female voice says, “I just want to see you again… just let me know. If you want me to leave you alone, I will. But I just want to fuck that shit again.”
Brown added in a separate post to his Instagram stories: “Stop dragging me through the mud. CLEAR, YOU CAN SEE EVERYTHING (blue cap emoticon).”
He added: “My team and I are going to court over this situation. You can’t play with people’s lives like that.”
A spokesman for Howard Bragman, who works with Brown’s legal team, told Page Six on Wednesday: “The texts speak for themselves and demonstrate that the allegations are not true. He is cooperating with the Miami police and is preparing a lawsuit against his accuser.”
Miami Beach Police did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment, however TMZ says the department is still investigating the allegations.
