Survivors of Hamas rave attack sue Israel

A group of 50 survivors of one of Hamas' first attacks against Israel on October 7 decided to take legal action against the Israeli state for alleged negligence in protecting their lives.

The group is demanding nearly 200 million shekels (or around 50 million reais, at current prices) in compensation and wants to hold Benjamin Neanyahu's government responsible for the deaths that occurred at a rave in the Negev desert region, a few kilometers from the border to Gaza, gave .
