Hilarious footage shows the moment a car thief strangely falls from the driver's seat of an Amazon delivery van just moments after stealing it.
Dashcam video was released by the Houston Police Department's Robbery Division after a suspected car thief attacked an Amazon driver and his delivery truck.
The dramatic incident occurred on November 16 around 7 p.m. when the delivery driver dropped off a package at an apartment complex at the West Airport in Houston, Texas, KHOU11 reported.
The car thief had approached the driver, threatened him with a gun and demanded that he hand over the keys to his vehicle – a Rivian electric van.
After the victim handed over his keys, the car thief sped off in the $83,000 van.

He didn't make it far before he bizarrely flew out of the driver's seat and smashed into the Amazon van.
The carjacker appeared to panic as he struggled to regain control of the steering wheel.
There was chaos when the back door of the van flew open and the vehicle crashed into the bushes.
After the vehicle crashed less than half a mile from where it was stolen, the suspect fled the scene and has yet to be located and arrested.
The embarrassing moment was captured in its entirety on dashcam footage from inside the vehicle.
Video from earlier clearly shows the suspect, described as a 6-foot-tall black male, approximately 18 to 23 years old, wearing black clothing and a black mask.
He is seen lurking on the street in front of the van as the vehicle's lights flicker on and off.
The car thief is then seen crossing the street and searching the area before heading back to the van.
This isn't the first time an Amazon driver has been targeted by thieves.
In November, a group of about six thieves, who appeared to be young boys, held up a large walk-in van after the driver left the door wide open.
They frantically grabbed boxes while the driver watched from a nearby sidewalk and did nothing.
She appeared to be fed up with the robbers who had sneaked up on her while she was delivering other packages at an apartment complex believed to be in Atlanta, Georgia.
