The most exclusive and long-lasting thing there is the White's Club in England. Just remember that it was actually founded in 1693 by an Italian, Francesco Bianco. It was originally founded as a hot chocolate trading store of that name White's Chocolate House and was located at No. 4 Chesterfield Street. In the 17th century it was converted into an exclusive club.
