Alexander Armstrong was revealed as the celebrity behind “Chicken Caesar” during Saturday night's “The Masked Singer.”
During the episode, the 53-year-old actor and comedian battled Air Fryer, Bubble Tea, Owl, Eiffel Tower and Piranha.
Speaking about taking part in the show, he said: “I've always longed to do it, every year I get messages asking, 'Are you so-and-so?' Are you traffic cones? And I say maybe!
“I loved it, it’s the beginning and the end of the journey, but what a journey it was!”
When asked about secrecy, he added: “I thought it was fine to keep the secret.” It's very easy for us because we all have code names. I'm very good at talking about the codename of the program, so it was pretty good.

Olly Murs will represent 32-year-old Rita on the panel as she has had “a number of scheduling conflicts”.

The characters who take to the stage hoping to fool the judges and viewers at home are: Maypole, Cricket, Bigfoot, Dippy Egg and Rat.
This comes after it was revealed that Davina stormed off stage in anger during filming of the new season.
The judge, 56, admitted she was so shocked and embarrassed that she walked off the set after failing to guess the identity of a singer who turned out to be a very close friend.
Davina admitted the revelation had “driven herself crazy” and although she was humiliated, she described it as the “biggest surprise” she had ever experienced.

The broadcaster, who appears on the panel alongside Mo Gilligan, Jonathan Ross and Rita Ora, told The Sun: “The funny thing was we all met this one character. “We were kicking ourselves.
“I just couldn’t help myself and stormed away when I saw who the person was.”
“There were a lot of people on the show that I met by chance, but this was a real friend, someone I've known for years.”
