The 37-year-old glamor model is expecting her first child with her husband, 42-year-old actor Oliver Mellor, and has undergone eight grueling fertility treatments over the course of five years.
She stripped down to her bare bones and covered her modesty with her hand as she posed for the stunning snap.
Rhian styled her blonde locks in soft, voluminous curls that cascaded down her back, while also opting for a glamorous makeup palette.
It comes after Rhian revealed her OnlyFans page funded her grueling £150,000 IVF treatment.

The influencer revealed that she earns up to £1,000 a day for posting topless or nude photos on the site.
She told The Sun: “I have good breasts and I'm not ashamed of OnlyFans. “I've made more money from OnlyFans than I did in my entire career.
“There are so many topless pictures of me out there and I thought, 'Why not.' I was making a few thousand a day.
“Ollie thinks it's bizarre that all these men are paying money to see his wife's breasts and then he's reaping the benefits of artificial insemination.”
Rhian also admitted that she is still very undecided about whether she will continue once the baby is born.
She said she felt that despite the “good money,” she wasn't sure how she would feel when her baby was born.
This comes after Rhian revealed she underwent a private weekly check-up because it “still doesn't feel real” that she is 18 weeks pregnant.
Appearing on Wednesday's episode of Steph's Packed Lunch, Rhian appeared in the studio while Oliver tuned in from home to talk to Steph McGovern about their long battle to have a baby.

Rhian said: “Honestly I don't know how I feel, it still doesn't feel real. “After believing for so long that it wasn't going to happen and then it did. I'm just very overwhelmed with it at the moment.
“I've had scans done every week because there's a local clinic, so I keep checking in to make sure everything's still OK and it's still there.” “We always knew that.” [having children] was on the plan and you just expect to get pregnant. The former Celebrity Big Brother star opened up about her “tough” battle with her IVF treatment, detailing how she found out the happy news on the day she wanted to give up.
She added: “The first round was NHS, it wasn't very tailored to me. “The first round was tough, as were the first four. After the first four, five, six and seven, it was just part of our lives back then. It became second nature to get up, inject and take pills.
“It's like PMS times 100, so poor Oliver had a lot to deal with.” It's a bit unclear at first because like I said, I just feel used to it. Maybe I feel used to holding back all the hormones.
“Number eight was my last one.” You put everything on hold for that. It was like we were throwing money on the street. We spent a fortune.
