Let's do it in 5 minutes

To achieve that light chocolate swirlwe need to spread it out on our work surface two rolls of light puff pastry (Better if we get the rectangular ones). Then we take the chocolate spread, in our case one Protein cream, and spread it over the two puff pastry surfaces. Once this is done we need to roll up the two sheets Form rolls and cut both in halfCreate two edges and weave them as if we were creating a kind of braid. Once this is done, we braid the two braids obtained together and block the two ends in a circle, creating a wheel.

Now we can prepare the rooto to be baked with some baking paper, place the swirl in the middle and Brush with a mixture of egg yolk and milk the entire surface so that our toddy has a beautiful golden color after cooking.
