In the video, Phoebe could be seen bursting into tears as she was overcome with emotion as she hugged and kissed her newborn daughter.

Her family, including her father Mark and sister Lottie, were quick to extend their congratulations to the new parents.
In the comments section, her father Mark gushed: “More than just proud… this is how the best journey of life ever begins.”
While Lottie took to her Instagram Stories to re-share Phoebe's video as well as a snap of herself cradling her niece.

In November, Phoebe attended an adorable baby shower with her football boyfriend Jack and their family.
At the time, she shared a glimpse of the adorable occasion on Instagram, showing off her baby bump in an off-the-shoulder brown crop top and low-rise skirt.
She gave herself a few extra inches in a pair of nude heels as she posed in front of an adorable themed display of pink, white and yellow balloons and teddy bears.
Phoebe's pregnancy has seen her follow in her older sibling's footsteps, as Louis, 31, shares seven-year-old son Freddie with his ex Briana Jungwirth.
The display also featured white clouds and a sign that read “We can't wait” as Phoebe and Jack counted down the days until the birth of their little girl.
Phoebe looked as in love as ever as she posed with her boyfriend Jack, who put his arm around the mother-to-be as they celebrated together.
She was joined on the occasion by her twin sister Daisy, 19, and older sister Lottie, while her family flocked to support her.
Daisy cut a glamorous figure in a white corset-style top and matching trousers, which she teamed with pointed heels.

In addition to Louis and Lottie, Johannah was the mother of twins Daisy and Phoebe and twins Ernest and Doris, who were just two years old when she died.
When asked if she was sad that her mother wasn't there to witness her happy news, Phoebe replied to the fan:
“Since I've been pregnant I've definitely thought about her a lot more. I know she is with me and will guide us through this.'
